ALL OUR SERVICES ARE FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL
Pregnancy Tests
We understand that making a pregnancy decision can be difficult. All of our services are free and confidential and while we cannot make that one decision for you, we can provide you with medically-accurate information on all of your pregnancy options: parenting, abortion, and adoption. We do not perform or refer for abortion but we can give you information on the procedures.
Ultrasounds
We offer limited obstetrical ultrasound after a positive pregnancy test result administered at our location. Our limited scan checks for viability, gestational age, and to ensure the baby is in the uterus. If ectopic or abnormalities are suspected, we will urge you to seek immediate medical attention. If you have been seen by your doctor or OB, they will provide you with an ultrasound.
Pregnancy Consultations
We want you to be informed on all of your pregnancy options. It is very important that women receive accurate information in a safe environment. We are here to answer your questions and direct you to the appropriate resources.
Baby Store
Through our parenting program, clients can shop for the items they need for their baby from diapers to clothing to other necessities. All free of charge.
Post Abortion Support
We've been there too. We get it. We can help.
Free and Confidential After-Abortion Support is available to anyone who needs healing from the effects of abortion. Call us or email pace@carenetsm.com for more information. Confidential groups are held in Santa Maria and Santa Ynez/Lompoc.
Adoption Referrals
Gifting someone with a child is one of the most courageous acts someone can do. However, considering adoption can be confusing. There is a lot information to sift through. We have a network of credible and professional adoption agencies in the area to which we can refer you. In addition to a list of approved agencies, we provide free educational resources.
Community Assistance Referrals
We understand that often there is more than parenting resources that you need. We work with other local organizations to provide you with the community and financial resources that can guide you into a stable future.
Parenting Classes
We have over 150 parenting topics in our parenting program. Whether you're looking for help on how to be a better mom or dad or have been mandated to take classes from Child Welfare Services or Santa Barbara County, we can help. Our classes are one-on-one allowing us to directly focus on your situation and help you be the best parent you can be. Classes for couples are also available.
Fatherhood Program
Our fatherhood program helps dads look at their experience with their own father, learn the skills needed to be a great dad, and better understand the important role a dad plays in the life of his children. Additionally, we will discuss aspects of the mother-father relationship as it relates to parenting.
